1. the services

bodyreform provides reformer Pilates classes in groups of up to four people, private sessions and class packs, at its studio in Eliade Tower, Mircea Eliade Blvd. 18, Bucharest.

The class schedule is published on this site and may change. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of changes or cancellations; if the studio cancels a class, the session is not deducted from your pack, and individually paid bookings are rescheduled or refunded.

2. bookings

Bookings are made online through the form on this site or directly at the studio. A booking is confirmed subject to availability (four beds per class).

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class. For safety reasons, entry may be refused more than 10 minutes after a class has started; the session is then considered used.

3. prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the site in RON and include VAT. A single group class costs 125 RON; packs and offers are those displayed on the pricing page at the date of purchase.

Payment is made at the studio by card or cash. When online payment is introduced, payment terms will be updated accordingly.

4. cancellation and no-show

You may cancel a booking free of charge at least 12 hours before the class starts, by email or phone.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, and failure to attend, count as a used session (deducted from your pack or invoiced at the single-class price).

5. packs and validity

Class packs are personal and non-transferable. Validity runs from the date of the first booking made with the pack: 1 month (4 classes), 2 months (8 classes), 3 months (12 classes). Unused sessions expire, except for documented medical situations, in which case validity may be suspended.

The "first class" offer (99 RON) is available once per new client.

6. health and safety

You take part in classes at your own responsibility. You must inform your coach, before class, of any medical condition, injury or pregnancy. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any exercise programme.

Grip socks are mandatory on the reformer. The studio may refuse access to a class for safety or hygiene reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, bodyreform is not liable for injury resulting from failure to follow coaches' instructions or to disclose relevant medical information.

7. right of withdrawal

For services purchased at a distance, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian GEO 34/2014, subject to the legal exceptions — including services fully performed with the consumer's consent. Sessions already used from a pack are deducted at the single-class list price.

8. intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, images, trademarks, the bodyreform logo) belongs to bodyreform or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. disputes · ANPC

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts of Bucharest.

Consumers may address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro — including through alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
